I avoid all processed (can-box-package) foods. I buy local foods from a market ( C&J Butcher) who sells only grass fed beef, local whole chickens (never frozen), free range eggs, whole pasteurized milk with the cream at the top, whole hog sausage made by the market owner, great veggies grown locally. All communities should offer this option for consumers. I recently bought a Brita filter system (less than $50) and use filtered water from the tap for drinking and cooking. No more bottled water (saving environment). I give that water to my puppy Maggie Mae. There are many ways to adapt to a healthy lifestyle if we only look for them. EASY, FAST, INSTANT are trick words to lure us into these processed poisonous products. It takes a little time and effort but the end result is much better healthier bodies and minds.
