FYI: The man arrested was a Battalion Chief, not the Fire Chief. However, he was the Incident Commander of the devastating fires most of us are still scratching our heads over. On a related note, the Police Chief during this disaster was none other than the former IC of the mass shooting in Vegas. No coincidences.
