The more quiet you become, the more you can hear.
The stiller the mind, the more the universe will speak to you.
There was a time not long ago in the past where humans did not speak as much as they do now.
Spoken words were less important.
The LISTENING was far more revered, and respected.
Humans knew how to pay attention to their environment at a far deeper level.
Making sounds were not seen as important, unless it added to the sounds of existence, non interfered with.
We were far more telepathic and in tune with the spirit of nature and the elements.

Dale 🌟 Yes breathe & listen within. We lost 'touch' with our “Inner Guidance,” which directed us to a higher, more aligned place.
The great divide (polarity) that we 'see' all around us is but a reflection of an emerging inner state of union, as all that is separate from the light must now return to the light (be seen) & why these uncomfortable but necessary-to-look-at realities are all playing out in plain view. This (division) is NOT the real reality, but rather a 'symptom' caused by the healing crisis of a planet in transition to a new age …one that honors both the light (outer/masculine/material) & the dark (inner/feminine/spiritual) as equal components of Creation.
The 3D world was defined by the controlling thought structures & beLIEfs of those out-side of us & is DIS-SOLVING... we are no longer tied to the mental constructs of the matrix & are in a prime position of power as “free agents” to now create our reality, FREE from the constraints of the lower frequency world.
