Let me show you why the Deep State Election Industry doesn't want Georgia counties to reconcile the number of votes with the number of voters before certification:

SEB case 2023-025 confirmed 3,125 fake double scanned ballots in Fulton County 2020. Since that case was filed Phillip Davis aka has increased his findings to around 4,000 fake double scanned ballots in Fulton's machine recount.

But if a ballot is counted twice they need 2 voters to match the 2 votes (1 real vote and 1 fake vote). In other words they add a fake voter to the fake vote.

There's other scenarios of how fake double scanned ballots correlate with voters. But I just wanted to show you one reason why the Deep State Election Industry is frightened at the thought of Georgia citizens hand counting ballots at the precinct level.
