I take 100 billion Acidophilus Probiotics daily because
ya never know what could kill the friendly gut bacteria, the friendly gut flora and have an issue.

Lack of good guy bacteria will open doors to organ illness... brain fog...to many illnesses. They don't want you to know 90% of illnesses begin with bad gut Health.
Pay attention...
Eat well...
Be Well.

Long Healthy Life.

We were born with trillions of friendly gut bacteria and so many things can destroy the good gut flora...

OTC/Doctor prescribed meds, smelling gasoline fumes, processed products, Glyphosate of course... Glyphosate makes the internal guts of a pest implode...so the same does to Humans... they just called it IBS, autoimmune, whatever name they invent.

They know what they are doing.

All wheat grown and turned into products for consumption has been hybridized. No long term studies were done to see what the effect would be. So, besides the glyphosate we have a problem with the wheat too.

I am not sure this is totally true, although glyphosate is a known issue. I am gluten intolerant/maybe celiac (never tested). Why can I eat sourdough made with wheat as long as it is fermented 72 hours to remove the gluten? But I can't eat any other wheat products? It may be that gluten is hard to digest anyway and once glyphosate has done it's damage to the intestines you can no longer digest gluten? Doesn't explain why my husband has no issues with it - while I do have issues with gluten products.

Eat fermented foods and heal. Acidophilus, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, Sourdough bread... anything fermented without chemicals, preservatives, artificial stuff.

Too many people have gut illnesses. The reason is lacking Healthy Gut Flora...

Almost ALL OTC kills good gut bacteria. Prescribed meds kills good gut bacteria. Antibiotics kills good gut bacteria.

It's a battle one can win IF they know how, what to do.
