Dawn can mean the beginning of a day or the beginning of an era. People wake up at the dawn of a day. I think more and more people are "waking up" each day. I, also, think when enough people are awake a new era will begin Worldwide.
She said "again". I think the first "dawn" was the American Revolution. The establishment of the United States of America was the dawn of a new era. I think "again" refers to the destruction of USA, Inc and the re-establishment of the United States of America. IMO, once voter fraud is proven and our government is removed and replaced the whole world will follow suit.
