This is actually a great example for people to understand
WHY things take so long:
As we know the 💰 Iraqi Dinar is going to go on the Forex market.
They had developed a document,
sent it to a committee & the committee changed everything
so the final deciders are having to re-write it
& get rid of those changes.
There are always people who want to put a spanner into it
& they change the timing, regulations,
They didn’t have the authority to do that yet they did it.
That is a tiny example
of what goes on EVERY SINGLE DAY behind-the-scenes
& THAT IS WHY this is dragging out.
Donald Trump has been very up front.
Once he gets in it’s still going to take 4 → 5 years
to get everything right 💥
