Its about the infiltration of the administrative state over Jurispence... its about lawefare and deceptive uses of language...
It meant everyone could go making everything sound like it was right but it was not quite right and that bascially was forming lower court rulings that were being used un the higher courts so this is corrosive to the tennants of law...
And it is being used to steal land, and close down roads... right now in England this is what is happening everywhere...
It turns the lower court to sharia courts...
Its misdirection... Buy it can also indicate social distancing.... 2 metres apart.... keep your distance...
The road management systems are laundering big time right now and the companies are all taking out loans on the land... and the bank has the rights....
Theres a lot to it.. if you are on telegram I did a massive unpacking of it all....
