Take echinacea tea with honey to boost your immunity.

Drink orange juice, and tonic water (the type without Aspartame.)

I take a pea sized blob of Ivermectin, repeat after 3 days.

I got the flu right before Thanksgiving, last year, took 2 weeks to get completely well, but that has been the case all my life, as it always drops onto my chest, so I end up coughing for a week. 🙄

I cannot say which is better (thinking HDQ), but I will say from any severe cold or allergy-plus-sinus-infection perspective, I rely heavily on lemon ginger tea (Yogi brand is what I get) with honey and extra lemon. I usually add whatever citrus I can find, so sometimes a slice of lemon, a slice of orange, and a slice of lime… and if I am really feeling sick, a splash of whiskey. Sometimes I add more ginger too. Mine is like a combo of tea and a hot toddy. If you have any capsules of: oil of oregano, garlic, ginger, echinacea, turmeric, it is a good time to remember to take those. I know there is more on my old list, but I tend to buy these supplements the most often. I like to sniff peppermint essential oil too… which probably just makes me look like a weirdo. Take a normal dose of ivermectin for 3-5 days
If you have a diffuser put a few drops of oregano oil with colloidal silver and sit by it a few hours a day
Keep moving and get lots of sun

What co you have??? Both are effective, we use the spray Ivermectin from Longhurst, here’s the link if you need it…I understand that it’s a ‘right now’ issue🙏🏻💖😇💯🕊️we have not gotten sick, never tested, use it freely🐸
