Take echinacea tea with honey to boost your immunity.
Drink orange juice, and tonic water (the type without Aspartame.)
I take a pea sized blob of Ivermectin, repeat after 3 days.
I got the flu right before Thanksgiving, last year, took 2 weeks to get completely well, but that has been the case all my life, as it always drops onto my chest, so I end up coughing for a week. 🙄
