If we think that's awesome when Free Energy unleashes (improving our skyline views), think about how much usable land we can free up & reclaim when Antigravity goes public! Won't need roads, highways, onramps or overpasses no more, and all that asphalt, concrete & steel recycling will become super-duper feasible with...you guessed it, Free Energy!
Plenty of room & resources for everyone to have nice home, big garden spread, animals, pistol range and a landing pad or two (no driveway necessary). Everything priced lower, too.

Hurricane Cat 1 causing 2.5 million power outages
Internet and cable outages
Linemen restoring power under attack

With all of the above is it possible Houston is ground zero for zero point energy to be introduced?

I don't think that's it, just IMO. I think it may have something to do with the Underground War, however. Just a guess. Thinking logically about it, anytime I see flooding I see specific area DUMB & Tunnel take-outs, flooding the vile vermin inside them cuz they can't swim and the bastards don't have gills. Plus, rushing water through an underground opening can collapse it. Think of all the sinkholes we are seeing appear around the country. Then, when the power goes out, our same grid feeds the DUMBs & Tunnels in many cases (of course they don't pay for it), so cut that off, they have to switch to aux power then they can be mapped. Electricity emits EMF and is detectable. That's just how my brain works. Drain the Swamp means flushing, and swamps are filled with snakes & alligators, right? Gotta come up for air. OOPS.
Here's where I think our Free Energy will come from, maybe transmitted by THE WALL. Looks like a darn gigantic antenna to me...just sayin. Milford, Texas.
