Done. Yes blurry pic, might be buttah on the fookin lense for all I know. Vidalia Onion Relish. Done on my lunch break well the prepping and cooking part.....like Iron Chefs but not. lol

5 pounds of onions, did like 6 12 oz jars for any canners, so I reckon a good rule of thumb for that amount.
