Just dumped the rest of my canning vinegar in the pool. No algae. Got some pool hydrogen peroxide on the way. No more chemicals.

Ty! I am determined to make this chemical free. Completely. No more shock from Chiner.

Do tell Steph, I have a chlorinated pool and would love to change.

Started siphoning it yesterday with a sump pump and placing clean water in at the same time. It is app a 25 foot above ground. Dumped the whole thing of five percent vinegar in it. Boom algae gone. Still intermittently this week, doing that. To prep it for the pool peroxide. Then getting some bio balls for my pool floater instead of chem tabs. So far so great.
