I am still working on it. Was taking Magnesium oxide, but then recently things changed up and I added Magnesium Glycinate, although at first it helped, but not helping. I still take the Oxide with that. Trying to find affordable solutions. Still waking up with Charlie horses almost every night. Not just waking up, but have to stand up from bed, as they do not stop.

I hope they are ok, I was taking their probiotic until I read they had been compromised!

I read that too. The ingredients are still the same though. Who knows anymore???
