Our Soul contains our Inner Knowings,
our Divine Spark.

When we are inundated from birth the beliefs of parents, grandparents, siblings before us & other adults,

unless we are Old Souls or new Starseeds,
the human need for love & acceptance absorbs & retains the words & beliefs of those we are suppose to trust with our life,
whether factual or without facts.

Discomfort, unhappiness, depression, anger, etc comes from the conflict between our Soul's KNOWINGs & the
need to please others, to fit in at all costs, create no conflict & suppress any thoughts or feelings that are outside the
narratives given.

Perpetually,
in multiple and deliberate forms until
knowing or recognizing Who We really are is buried deep below the generational lies.

Healthy or not (most often Not)
We reach for comfort in community, in food, in drink, sports, jobs, etc.
Always looking outside ourself
to fill the void left by lies.
