Hey friends 🧡
Suffering some serious lower back issues...bulging disc ....very painful and lots of spasms. I would appreciate any advice and or any healing prayers!

Drink plenty of water - keep hydrated.

Take Tylenol to try to get sleep.

Put a pillow under your knee.

Put pillows behind you when you sit, and support your butt too - pillows are your friend 😊

Get a walking stick to help support you - this will take the pressure off the areas of your back/hips that are now taking the strain.

Lift nothing that requires bending, even from the waist, a cup with coffee too far away from you for instance.

Get Arnecare gel and apply it morning and night.

I crushed a vertebrae and popped two discs 18 months ago - I am almost back to normal now, with no special drugs or exercises, certainly no surgery (my dr told me that people have been found to be allergic to the fusing material - and once it is on there, you cannot remove it)
