Worst sentence he can get is prison. A vast majority of repeat offenders/career/hardcore criminals that wind up imprisoned for heinous crimes are themselves childhood victims of rape and molestation left unresolved due to situations like poverty and social disorder. It is "the" single reason prisoners absolutely utterly despise and literally wish death to all child molesters. The sentence length at his age will result in death anyway and if somehow he manages to live 22 years in prison for this I guarantee you he will be broken, disfigured, and a disheveled shell of what he was going in.
