Basing it on what several sources have stated who seem to be "in the know."
Don't forget, Trump still hasn't conceded the 2020 election, and there are legal battles that are continuing in the court system regarding election fraud.
Supposedly the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Trump's administration that election interference did indeed occur, but the military operations are still continuing with Trump as CIC, and until they are finished the public won't be made aware of what has been going on behind the scenes.
Not to mention the EOs, PEADs and Law of War Manual which clearly lay everything out as far as election interference and a beligerent attempt at a takeover goes.
