To eat and drink what? A way of life about gone when everyone has to work to make ends meet....so difficult! I have to believe God will protect us and clean up the soil, water, and air. What else can we do?

It is incredibly hard and expensive to avoid it all. Every reduction helps though and you can incrementally switch foods. Some of the difficulty is finding where to get good food. Some of it is learning which are the worst offenders. As you learn and find, it gets easier. Expect a huge reduction in variety of meals.

Our family is slogging down this path one lesson at a time. The most frustrating problem is finding a good product, relying on it, then it is bought out by big food and changed without warning. It is hard; and going completely clean is nearly impossible (even if you grow it yourself) but mostly clean is a doable goal.
