Until doctors come up with a healthier way of fighting cholesterol, I'm staying away from statins. They come with a whole litany of nasty side effects.

My mother took statins for years!!! ☠️
She was in pain from them.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I think many of us were educated for these times through the pain of our parents. Just remember, you carry your mother with you always...in your heart and she is pain-free now
