East Palestine Ohio didn’t get any money from FEMA because Biden said it wasn’t a “Natural Disaster“. How is Baltimore any different? This wasn’t a “Natural Disaster“ either. It was "human error" [cough, cough} just like East Palestine. Yet all of a sudden everything‘s being paid in full.

Is there accident insurance on a bridge?
I'm sure there has to be accident insurance on a ship... after all we all need insurance to drive a car.
