At the 10:17 mark the concrete column
which was hit, was inspected May 2022.
The "Federal Inspection Score" of the concrete column that was hit, was downgraded from
"9 to 6" which equals
"Fair Condition" of the concrete column.
The "Health Index Score" was downgraded from 77.8 to 64.9
equalling 12.9 or rounding up to... 13 point downgrade or integrity infractions.
Bumper protection was considered around the base of the concrete columns but the decision makers said it was TOO expensive.
The vessel hit the concrete column that had been downgraded May 2022.
