It would not surprise anyone awake that this IMO certainly looks like it could be a planned event. At the time of impact the vehicles crossing seem to stop over the central portion of the bridge. As we know there are always other factors like what is the ship transporting? The significance of the name of the bridge. Francis Scott Key = National anthem. Dark ship= Black Swan??Disruption to significant cargo like coal, vehicles, food, etc? The financial impact? 🤔
