In the early '80's the War on Coconut Oil began.
Coconut Oil was widely used by processed food companies.
Coconut Oil is shelf stable for a full year w/out refrigeration.
It also has anti-parasitic, anti- fungal, & anti- bacterial properties.
Movie theater popcorn tasted so good because of the coconut oil. 😉
Enter the Corn & Soy Lobbyists.

"You need Corn & Soy bean oil, hydrogenated of course."
Because, Health....
Corn is high glycemic. It gives us High Fructose Corn Syrup. It's also over 90% GMO.
Soy is also over 90% GMO. Soy products cause men to create unnatural amounts of Estrogen.
