He did. He said you wouldn't have had the "vaccine" so quickly if it weren't for him.
He wasn't talking abt HCQ, that was already made.
Plus he had manufacturers convert their facilities over to producing ventillators. The #1 hospital protocol blamed for killing Covid patients were the ventillators.
