Company sending me a headset. My mic works fine. VOIP is fine. I ain't nobodies lap dog and I am not wearing a head set.

Somebody fixed the VOIP if others in other states were experiencing the same things, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out it was def the VOIP system.
