I think some people choose the mask because they are starting to look different. That might be a small percentage, but if someone is withdrawing from something or has a skin infection or whatever the case may be, the mask will cover that up. Some people are getting weird skin infections, maybe fungal? I think it is not accurate to assume these people are brainwashed or "sheeple" or "normies". They may have a valid reason for wearing that mask that has nothing to do with being brainwashed.

I understand that, but I think autoimmune diseases are one of the unfortunate outcomes people are dealing with, as well as skin cancers. Thus, I think it is possible they might be wearing to protect their skin from bacteria or other things in the environment from exacerbating their situation. It is hard to know, but I want to err on the side of compassion.
