Not to bad.
Working daily and when I'm not working, I want to relax and distance myself from the daily repetitive rat-race - I'm become more of an observer and the ole man on the hill.
I'm also meditating and dong other things to help with mental, spiritual, and other stuff that was eating me inside

meditation, grounding and everything natural
grown and prepared as it should be seems key to me.
if it didn't come in a plastic bottle when we were kids then we should avoid it
