Not to bad.
Working daily and when I'm not working, I want to relax and distance myself from the daily repetitive rat-race - I'm become more of an observer and the ole man on the hill.
I'm also meditating and dong other things to help with mental, spiritual, and other stuff that was eating me inside

Take that step back, even if it's a small step.
I've learned to look after and take care of what I can (directly and indirectly) control and influence, and what I cannot control or influence I leave it alone - along with other Stoic ideas and Eastern/old India and Chinese philosophies
