How much is 'mostly' is the big question. Graphene is likely being added to water, food, medicine, and now in chemtrails. The vaxxed are shedding spike and graphene. Very, very few people will be able to avoid contamination.
The article mentions optigenics which is also a huge player in remote controlling people. Its an essential rabbit hole to explore to understand what's coming.
Phones and television screens and street lights will be able to flash commands to the vulnerable. Cell towers, wi-fi, blue tooth, and IOB's will use RF to control and track.
