The short trial is a contrail and the other is a chemtrail....

That was my understanding.

However some have explanations that both are.

When you see the jets with the short contrail that doesn't seem to linger, that is a CHEMTRAIL that is invisible to the naked eye that marks out the area that they will be spraying inside. Although we can't see it, the instruments can see it. That way they have a distinct area to fill up with the chemtrail material that moves with the air currents. You'll always see those 'short' trails right before the regular chemtrails are sprayed.

This seems unlikely. An aircraft's avionics are able to follow a geofenced flight plan within a few dozen yards. There would be no need to add an expensive leader flight. Plus winds aloft would move a leader trail off of target in a matter of minutes.

Regular vapor contrails have been observed since WWII when high altitude flight began. There are a multitude of standard airliners in the air at any one time which would leave a vapor contrail. They are likely merely sharing airspace with chemtrail spraying contractors.

It seems that some can't comprehend this would be done which seems to blind them.

People have to realize they can't blindly trust.
