I brush with dental powder, floss, then use a different brush to brush with coconut oil. Since I started using coconut oil, my plaque has disappeared! It’s amazing!

I don’t like “oil pulling” that’s why I brush the coconut oil on instead.

I will have to try mixing some clove oil in with the coconut oil. 😀

I should state that I started adding the coconut oil to my routine right after I had my teeth cleaned. It has kept the plaque away that I have battled all my life. I can’t wait for my dental hygienist’s next cleaning in March. She will notice the big improvement coconut oil has provided.

Can’t do oil pulling my jaws get so tired. lol, so do you “melt” the oil first or just put it on a dry brush and let it melt while brushing. Think I’ll try this method.
