Took 4 hrs to dry the orange peels last night in the oven at 170, so part 2 was today. Used the coffee grinder & got 3 full jars of ground orange peel. Can use it for so many things, should last a year in the pantry.

I think so, but it has a very concentrated flavor. May need to play around with the recipe to get it how you like it. :)
