Geez, idk what hit us around 4:30 this morning but it was powerful and woke me up.
The energy was so strong it make me a bit sick for a while.
Need some more grounding today perhaps.

I woke up with body aches and stiffness myself like a train ran me over

Another fren of mine had ptsd nightmare for first time in long long time in the am and couldn't go back to sleep either, headache.
