I believe on 11-18-23 in D.C.
It was videoed by Kelly

Kelly was very shaken by what she saw:
Soldiers setting up tents
Emergency vehicles
Gurneys with people (actors) on them…
So whatever is coming,
there are preparations for a bloody engagement.
