Pictures of the pallets of bricks made an impact on the normies in my circles.
They were unable to connect the dots and see the bigger picture but they did see the bricks and disagreed with the riots. It took the shine off the public perception of these groups.
One could argue that it is necessary to not admire or like a person before you can see any bad in them. A trace of suspicion must be present for a mind to connect the dots.
