People got so brainwashed they forgot how to take care of themselves:
Rest
Adequate Hydration
Deep breathing/ cough (helps keep lungs clear)
Sunshine (natural vit.D)
Light meals like soup
Analgesics like Ibuprofen or Tylenol
Peroxide Inhalation or throat sprays while inhaling
Humidifier
Healing teas like dandelion, camomile, elderberry.
Do the things necessary to build a strong immune system. This will reduce the severity of symptoms and recovery will be faster.
NO YOU DO NOT NEED A "COVID" TEST!
Common sense, and know it takes on average a week to ten days to get over a flu-like illness.
