I went to the bank & I have an audio recording:
She CONFIRMED we’re not crazy. Basel 4 is a thing.
She got it from her higher up that my bank, Fulton, will be compliant.
Everybody said Charlie Ward is crazy
however HIS INFORMATION IS NOT FICTIONAL.

BANKS HAVE TO BE BASEL IV COMPLIANT as of 1-2-23.
Basel IV means they have to have ASSETS to back their position
as it was in the 1970’s
but when they started printing money everything got out of hand.
Those days are over.

The dates will always be the part of the comm's that are intentionally NOT accurate BUT the DESCRIPTION of the white hats intentions are spot on.
"THEY" (The Deep State / Cabal) will never truly know WHEN they are going to get intercepted by The White Hats.
It is an excellent method that causes them to make numerous blunders and causes them to come OUT from the shadows so that WE can pinpoint those who need to be taken out of the picture.
