I don’t trust artificial flavoring for sure but I don’t trust natural flavoring either.
Why do you need to add “natural flavor” as an ingredient in a cracker or cookie or other stuff? I don’t get what “natural” is. To me an apple is natural. But a natural “flavor”…. And lots of “organic” foods have “natural flavor” as an ingredient on the shelf. Sounds sketchy….. ⬇️⬇️
