- Senate puts Biden on trial in Jan/early Feb. Before trial can be completed, Kamala invokes 25th Amendment, Biden gone.
- Kamala installed as POTUS, Trump Trials begin in March. VP spot goes to prior cabinet member for Biden/Kamala administration.
- Trump then moves to impeach Kamala Harris admin, cites 2020 election fraud investigations ongoing in HoR, as well as birthright, and evidence from Trump Trials (think Obama rerun). Succeeds.
