We can't even avoid nationwide rolling blackouts during the summertime in recent years. Yet these complete jackasses wanna strain an already miserable situation for those affected by them. So they could charge their cars up maybe making it to the corner store and back. Yet we all have potentially a bad situation being in a rolling blackout during the hot summer. A problem that's only going to get worse as demands for electricity increases with every electric car needing repeated electrical charges for it to go anywhere. People just don't think.
