Sunshine is very important to the body. Sunlight helps the pineal gland to function properly. Going outside without sunglasses helps pineal gland function. This helps with the absorption of Vitamin D, which is essential for a strong immune system. A strong immune system lowers the risk of serious illnesses. Fresh air is essential to the immune system as well. Walking in nature is calming and the exercise is also important to a strong immune system. Walking barefoot, touching trees, plants, ground helps the body absorb electrons that help with good circulation by making the blood cells less likely to clump together. Deep breathing fresh air helps keep the lungs clear. 😇

Plant some flowers or vegetables * making raised beds out of anything (logs, fallen trees) Enjoy the World God Gave Us * You can still be on your computer or laptop just not as much. & you don't need a t.v. for anything * it's all on the internet without the cost * you will feel alive again
