This is what takes place when We the People tolerate criminal behavior at the deteriment to the weaker of our society. What other society in the history of man would have tolerated such behavior with out pain of death as a penatly. Today's culture societies, ours and foreign, have been infected by a disease greater than any known to man, apathy of tolerant societies towards criminal behaviour, now we see why they fear TRUMP.
