He (Rockyfella) installed harsh pot laws in NY.
'76 We snuck nam vet out of the VA,
went for short drive, got pulled over, the bug had a tail light out, the smoke rolled out the window, then we explained why he was in a hospitle gown, they let us go.
Never figured out that one,

There were still active duty
Vietnam Wartime Veterans
when I served.
My job was pharmacology….
hospital, clinic and the field.
Not an overwhelming amount,
some were heavily medicated.
The VA Healthcare system chose to
dope down men returning
from war as opposed to
proper mental health treatment.
Sadly that has not changed
under this mask wearing president.
Thankfully marijuana is easily
accessible to those who chose
healthier options.
Thank you for sharing that with me.
Most of my friends that
served in that war
did not make it to this century
due to Agent Orange.

My uncle was MAC/SOG in Nam. Two tours. Agent Orange took him at 68 in 2013. The plant that processed AO poisoned many here in Arkansas including me in the late 70's until they shut it down in 1980.
