I saw this crap going in the work place I was employed at in the 1980's. It is sickening. I told these people to leave their baggage at the door and don't bring it into our work place. When you leave take your garbage with you. If you can't do that, leave and don't come back. The owner backed me on this one. 😁

I will share what I have observed: many people put them in their bios or signature lines because they were afraid not to since they were basically told they had to. If you see them, it may be because the applicant is trying to cover their bases because a lot of HR people do use pronouns depending on where you are working.
