My mother always told me to have 2-3 Brazil nuts daily. Ha. Brazil nuts are high in selenium.

They are my go to snack.

Plus garlic...6X stronger when fighting something...anti: fungal, bacterial, viral (not sure hw that works if Virus' have never been isolated!)
