wondered this for years now
remind myself that despite their past high visibility, they are just ppl like us...
except in many cases, have had experiences more intense because of who they are and who they know
and might be privy to much more than we know
which means I don't REALLY have to know where/who they are
if they can "vett" their information another way
i love how it works like this because our society pushes us to revere idols, and I am no different
and this helps break down that kind of thinking for me
still, there are some who would still make me star struck
like John Lennon, or any of the Kennedys.
i actually hate that about myself!
our only celebrity should be Jesus
