Eliminate guilt, shame and feeling inadequate and all that energy will be transformed into joy that will come out as play and happiness that your children will flourish in and repeat in the way they raise their children.

He feels guilty and shameful and he is blaming himself. It is painful. These are childhood wounds of places where his parents were not there to guide him kindly and build him up as capable in their eyes. These are wounds of the father passed down through generations that can be broken by learning and doing the dialog.

When the wounds are healed you don't see things this way. You are not a victim anymore of what you feel you can not do or of your perceived failings. When you eliminate guilt and shame and feelings of inadequacies you see everything differently and the struggle is mostly flow. 💝
