Was reading where they take the brewers waste...which used to end up in landfills and convert it into a powder then market it as a plant protein, which ends up in protein powders. Yuck.

That's why I keep telling everyone not to buy anything in stores if it's possible to get it naturally or by doing it yourself. It's the same with everything else, and the worst are from shops semi-finished products.
