🔥🔥🔥 Ok, need some help from you all...

I sprained my hand (slammed it in the door of all things), and it is on fire today. I have tried everything I can think of and detest a doc.

Cold packs, Turmeric, splinting it (which caused even m ore pain).

I know there has to be something I can put on it.

Keep in mind I am diabetic.

Shoot me your ideas...

Sending prayers for healing for you.
Possibly not mentioned yet:
frankincense, aka botswellia,
arnica, can be cream, gel or oral tablets

Many years ago a doctor told me to take a Botswellia supplement but I didn't take his advice seriously.
Recently I realized that it is frankincense.
Also DL-phenylalanine is supposed to be good for pain - and depression.
Bananas! I consider a banana is a necessity for me.
Willow bark and foods that contain salicylic acid:
strawberries and almonds.
As you may guess, I've had constant pain for too many years to count.
I switch off some of my arsenal from one 'remedy' to another because for me, some of it seems to lose its potency if I use or take it too much.

Yes over time they seem to do this! Have had to research other things to mix up for a while here as well.

Although I have heard of Willow Bark as extremely helpful, I wonder if I could also use a weeping cherry in this way?

Yes, constant pain stinks, sadly I am on Gabapentin for the nerve damage in my feet, back, and eyes with Neuropathy.

Weeping cherry. Have to look that one up.
But I forgot to add cherries, as food and
Tart cherry juice or capsules.
Ginger, celery seed, fennel seed
The list does go on.
I recall when health advice included that we should eat the fruits and vegetables that are in season. That's interesting.
Meanwhile, I hope medbeds are real and they cannot come soon enough!
